Cost of Kitchen

We recommend no less than 5% and no more than 10% of the current value of your house, unless you plan to install a high-end customized kitchen. About 30% of the cost is usually spent for cabinets, 15%
for countertops, 20% for Appliances, and 35% for Installation.

Additional Cost
You might need to pay for permits and disposal. Consult with your contractor before beginning.
It is wise to add about 20% to your budget for unexpected overruns.
